- 1 cup Carrots - Shredded
- 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes - Diced
- 1 cup Cucumber - Diced
- 6 wraps Toufayan Gluten Free Wraps
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cut the veggies

Spread Hummus on wrap then add the toppings, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
