Ingredients
  • 1 cup Carrots - Shredded
  • 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes - Diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber - Diced
  • 6 wraps Toufayan Gluten Free Wraps
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the veggies

  2. Spread Hummus on wrap then add the toppings, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

  3. Roll it up, cup in half and serve
