Ingredients
- 1 can Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 1 can Organic Coconut Milk
- 1 Banana Ripe
- 2 scoops Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete Powder
- Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions

Put all ingredients into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Keep refrigerated to firm it up until served.

Serve with apple and pear slices , Gf graham crackers, GF pretzels, etc.
*note : when using canned coconut MILK, use the thicker cream at the top of the can and just a little of the watery milk part (so it’s really like 2/3 of the whole can) OR you can buy two small cans of coconut CREAM which has the cream already separated for you.
