Everyone loves salsa! This version has lot’s of flavor from a healthy dose of lime and cilantro.
Salsa! Salsa! Salsa!

Servings: 6 people
- 2 limes lime
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeno – no seeds
- 1 cup fresh cilantro handful- no stems
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
Put all ingredients, except the diced tomatoes, into a food processor and run it 20-30 seconds.
Mix in with the diced tomatoes until combined.
