Sonia’s Hearty Veggie Chili

Here’s a great veggie chili from Sonia Denis that uses Morningstar Farms Vegan Grillers Crumbles for a hearty texture. A great vegetarian option when you want a traditional chili taste and texture. Thank you Sonia!

Sonia’s Hearty Veggie Chili

  • 1 – Bag of Morningstar Crumbles
  • 1 – Onion Dice
  • 1 – Spoon Dice Garlic
  • 1 – Tomato Dice
  • 1 – Bell Pepper Dice
  • Dash of Garlic Salt Lawry’s
  • Dash of Season Salt Lawry’s
  • 1 – Can Red Beans
  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
  1. Sauté onion and garlic
  2. Add Veggie Crumbles, stir it up, then add bell peppers and tomatoes, seasoned salt , red beans and Ketchup.
  3. Simmer down for about half an hour.
  4. Optional- you can add 1/2 water depends on how thick or juicy you want it.
