This salad is the bomb diggity bomb! Add some chicken to the side, or make extra of the quinoa and dressing if you have some hefty eaters. But the flavor of this salad is really phenomenal!
Prepare the quinoa as instructed, but add a clove of garlic from the beginning
While the quinoa cooks, prepare any chicken or other protein you might pair with this salad
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust salt to taste
In a large bowl, toss together the kale, quinoa, sunflower seeds, raisins and dressing
